We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to lead and optimize our technology infrastructure and operational frameworks. Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end management of platform engineering operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and execute strategies for technology spend management and budgetary financial operations to maximize resource efficiency.
- Lead vendor and supplier management activities, including the sourcing of SaaS solutions, cloud services, and necessary infrastructure.
- Design and implement forecasting models alongside savings tracking mechanisms to monitor financial performance.
- Manage invoice and payment processes while ensuring strict adherence to procurement operations protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive reporting and analytics to provide actionable insights on platform performance and cost optimization.
- Direct contingent workforce operations and manage stakeholder expectations across various departments.
- Perform regular audits to ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance operational workflows.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Possess a minimum of 6 to 8 years of skilled work experience within the IT Services industry.
- Demonstrate proven expertise in invoice and payment management systems.
- Show deep knowledge of SaaS, cloud environments, and infrastructure sourcing strategies.
- Exhibit strong capabilities in financial forecasting, savings tracking, and reporting analytics.
- Have extensive experience managing contingent workforce operations and stakeholder relationships.
- Be well-versed in audit procedures, compliance standards, and process improvement methodologies.
- Display proficiency in platform engineering operations and vendor management.
- Possess a solid background in procurement operations and technology spend management.
