Responsibility Statements

- Looking for 5 years experience and 2 years into team handling with Internation Voice (Inbound/outbound).
- Candidates with excellent communication skills are preferred.
- Candidates with International & Domestic voice experience in Health care insurance industry for international client would be added advantage.
- Compute complex information with good analytical skills.
- Ability in problem solving, good listening, writing, and reasoning.
- Preferred candidates should be willing to work with International BPO Industry.
- Willing to work in permanent night shifts (US time zones).
