Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the overall Finance & Accounts function and manage the finance team.
2. Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and MIS reporting.
3. Manage P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow and working capital.
4. Ensure timely monthly/quarterly/yearly financial closing and reporting.
5. Develop and monitor financial controls, policies and processes.
6. Handle statutory compliance, taxation, audits and regulatory requirements.
7. Provide management with financial insights, business analysis and strategic recommendations.
8. Manage cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.
9. Work closely with business, operations, sales and senior leadership on financial decisions.
10. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, consultants, investors and other stakeholders.
