Position: Pre‑Primary Coordinator

Location: Alipore, Kolkata – 700027
Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree (any discipline)

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / NTT / ECCEd preferred

- 4–5 years of relevant preschool/early childhood experience

- Strong leadership, creativity, and child‑centric mindset

Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate pre‑primary curriculum & daily operations

- Design engaging, play‑based learning activities

- Build robust relationships with children, parents & staff

- Ensure smooth classroom management and teacher collaboration

Salary:

₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 (based on experience & interview)
