delivery role for IP21 tag configuration A1PE dashboard build KPI logic testing and hypercare support

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support required IP21 tags and historian data structures for KPI calculations and dashboard consumption

Develop Aspen ONE Process Explorer dashboards for site line and asset level visibility using approved wireframes and KPI requirements

Create dashboard trends scorecards drilldowns threshold s and exception views as defined by the onsite lead

Perform unit testing data validation and reconciliation against available manual reports or agreed test datasets

Support defect triage root cause analysis and fixes during build functional testing UAT and hypercare





Prepare technical configuration notes test evidence deployment steps and knowledge transfer documentation

AspenTech InfoPlus21 IP21 configuration and historian data handling

Aspen ONE Process Explorer dashboard development

SQL or historian query experience for data extraction and validation

Manufacturing KPI calculation and reporting experience

Basic understanding of OT systems historian tags and industrial data flows

Testing defect management and technical documentation disciplinePreferred Skills

Exposure to pharma or process manufacturing operations

SCADA PCS or MES integration awareness

Power BI or other visualization platform exposure

Basic scripting for data checks or automation

Experience supporting golive and hypercare for industrial applications

Education

Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology Industrial Automation Manufacturing Systems or a related discipline
