Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and delivery efficiency.




- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of software architecture with business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Python: FastAPI backend development, gitlab pipelines, CI/CD automation development
- Basic understanding of GenAI processes such as embeddings, indexes, LLMs
- Azure Cloud development (key)
- basic ansible knowledge to work with Azure Cloud
- C#/.NET knowledge (old app migration)
- very basic React / Typescript understanding to develop a small team-internal frontend
- knowledge of agent-assisted development

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- The candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
