Key Responsibilities

- Systems Architecture: Lead the design and coding of 4G/5G OAM modules covering Configuration Management (CM), Fault Management (FM), Performance Management (PM), and Trace.

- O-RAN Alignment: Drive integration with O-RAN standards, specifically O1, E2, O2, and transport management interfaces.

- Team Leadership: Mentor OAM development teams to deliver robust, scalable network element management software.

- Program Execution: Oversee product development, software sustenance, and tier-3 customer support for global RAN/Core product deployments.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 12+ years in 4G/5G OAM product development, plus proven experience leading software delivery programs.

- 3GPP OAM Standards: Thorough knowledge of 3GPP data models, NRM, alarms, KPIs, and PM/Trace specifications across 4G and 5G.

- O-RAN Specifications: Solid expertise in O-RAN WG1, WG3 (RIC/E2SM), WG4 (MP-YANG), WG5, WG6, WG9, and WG10 architectures.

- Protocols & Data Formats: Proficiency in NETCONF/YANG, SNMP, REST/OpenAPI, Kafka, JSON, XML, ASN.1, and HTTP(S).

- Software Stack: Expertise in C/C++ (C++11), Python, Linux multi-processing/multi-threading, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation
