Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst RPA & Automation to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business analysis, automation initiatives, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
The candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, identifying automation opportunities, and supporting the successful delivery of automation projects .
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, optimization, and improvement.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand automation needs.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop As-Is and To-Be process maps, workflow diagrams, and BPMN models.
- Support automation initiatives throughout the requirements and implementation lifecycle.
- Work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Ensure requirements are clearly defined, validated, and aligned with business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.
- Support stakeholder communication, change management, and user adoption activities.
- Apply Agile, Lean Product Development, and Waterfall methodologies as required.




Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in a Business Analysis role.
- Strong understanding of RPA and industry automation tools.
- Hands-on experience in automation initiatives and process improvement programs.
- Robust requirement elicitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in business process modeling, BPMN, workflow diagrams, and As-Is/To-Be mapping.
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean Product Development, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
- Data-driven approach to business analysis and decision-making.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in enterprise-level RPA or automation programs.
- Exposure to automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Knowledge of change management and stakeholder adoption.
- RPA or automation certifications (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent).
- Exposure to Product Management and workflow automation.
