Americ Technology Consulting is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sourcing Specialist to join our staffing team and support recruitment activities for the US market.

Key Responsibilities Market Research & Candidate Sourcing

- Use various recruitment tools, databases, job portals, and professional networking platforms to identify potential candidates.

- Source candidates for specialized roles based on client requirements.

- Research candidate profiles and assess their suitability for available opportunities.

Candidate Engagement
- Make initial contact with potential candidates through calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.

- Understand candidates' current career situations, skills, experience, and career interests.

- Explain relevant job opportunities and gauge candidate interest.

Relationship Building




- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates.

- Develop a network of qualified professionals for current and future requirements.

- Encourage referrals and maintain long-term candidate relationships.

Client & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to understand job requirements.

- Understand job descriptions, required skills, experience, and ideal candidate profiles.

- Coordinate with relevant teams throughout the sourcing process.

Research & Learning
- Stay updated on US recruitment trends, technologies, job roles, and industry developments.

- Continuously improve knowledge of recruitment practices and sourcing techniques.

- Learn and adapt to different sourcing tools and recruitment methodologies.

Documentation & Database Management
- Maintain accurate candidate records and interaction details in the ATS/database.

- Update candidate information, feedback, communication history, and sourcing status.

- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree is an advantage but not mandatory.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Proactive and go-getter attitude.





- Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in US staffing.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- Detail-oriented with good follow-up abilities.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office.

- Knowledge of ATS / recruitment tools is an added advantage.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and target-oriented recruitment environment.

- Must be willing to work according to US time zones.
