Job Description:

- Design scalable data models across relational, NoSQL and analytical databases.

- Build and manage batch & real-time data pipelines using Spark, EMR, Kafka and Flink.

- Develop AWS data lake/lakehouse solutions using S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift and Lake Formation.

- Implement CDC, schema evolution, data contracts and event-driven architectures.

- Drive data quality, observability, lineage and anomaly detection.

- Optimise database performance, queries, indexing and partitioning.

- Build AI/LLM-assisted data workflows for pipeline monitoring, troubleshooting and remediation.

- Ensure data security, PII protection, encryption and regulatory compliance.

- Define agentic data playbooks and enterprise guardrails with audit controls.

- Mentor engineers and contribute to data architecture/design reviews.
