Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Operations Team Lead with robust expertise in Order Management to manage day-to-day operations, process escalations, and end-to-end order fulfillment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee day-to-day Order Management operations and team workload.
- Handle first-level process escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage the complete order lifecycle from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment and Financial Settlement.
- Handle purchase order receipt, order prioritization, invoice matching, inventory availability, order accuracy, and fulfillment.
- Analyze root causes of order failures, fulfillment delays, and revenue leakages.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve process performance.
- Lead end-to-end resolution of escalated order issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor process accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to defined SLAs.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
- Manage small teams and ensure achievement of operational goals.
- Collaborate with clients, peers, and management teams as required.
- Support new assignments by adapting existing processes, methods, and procedures.
- Ensure decisions and actions positively impact overall team performance.

Requirements:

- Any Graduation.
- 7 11 years of overall experience in Order Management / Delivery Operations.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Order Management processes.
- Experience in team handling,



process supervision, and escalation management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in identifying order failures, fulfillment delays, and revenue leakage.
- Good stakeholder and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Strong communication and process management skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
