Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using React and backend systems using Python and Django.

- Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and database-driven applications.

- Own features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting.

- Develop systems capable of handling high traffic, concurrent users, and real-time application requests.

- Optimize application performance across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.

- Work with caching, queues, asynchronous processing, background jobs, and database optimization.

- Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate LLMs, AI models, RAG pipelines, and streaming responses.

- Improve system reliability, maintainability, observability, and production performance.

- Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews,



and engineering best practices.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and identify root causes.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

- Collaborate with product, AI, and infrastructure teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Education & Experience

- 4+ years of qualified experience building and operating production web applications.

- Strong hands-on experience with React, Python, and Django.

- Solid understanding of APIs, databases, authentication, and application architecture.

- Experience building scalable applications and resolving production performance issues.

- Strong problem-solving, ownership, and collaboration skills.
