Job Description:

- Voice of Customer

- Listen to customer support calls and engage with retailers, customers and field staff to surface recurring

- pain points, product gaps, and emerging themes

- Synthesize findings into clear, actionable summaries for leadership

- Product & Market Research

- Investigate recent product ideas: research the landscape, identify and evaluate potential partners, and build

- market-sizing estimates (TAM/SAM/SOM)

- Track competitor moves and adjacent fintech/payments trends relevant to new opportunities

- On-Ground Customer & Retailer Research

- Conduct field visits to engage directly with retailers and end customers

- Run structured interviews/surveys to test product-market fit for new and existing offerings

- Bring back honest, unfiltered ground signal - not just what looks good in a deck

- Data driven customer insights

- Analyse data using SQL/BigQuery/Metabase/Looker Studio dashboards and Excel MISemISes extract

- correlations and causations that feed into futuRe implementations
