We are looking for a talented and experienced Design Manager to lead our graphic design team and deliver high-quality creative solutions for our clients.

Role Overview

The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the graphic design team, ensuring the delivery of creative and visually compelling designs that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, creative vision, and hands-on expertise in graphic design.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers.
- Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for branding, digital marketing, social media, websites, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Review and approve design outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Collaborate with account managers, content writers, digital marketers, and clients to understand project requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and improve design processes, workflows, and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
- Present creative concepts and design solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and team productivity.




- Drive innovation and creative excellence across all design projects.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, and marketing design expertise.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
- Experience managing creative teams and client-facing projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in a branding, advertising, or digital marketing agency.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Understanding of motion graphics and video design workflows.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and fast-paced project environments.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
