Job Description:

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive, organised and independent professional to work closely with the Founder. This is a dynamic role combining marketing, events, branding, content initiatives, vendor management and business coordination.The ideal candidate should be someone who can take ownership, work independently and become a trusted execution partner to the Founder.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Founder on day-to-day priorities, initiatives and special projects.
• Manage client and stakeholder coordination and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Plan and coordinate events, conferences, networking activities and other brand initiatives.
• Manage podcast activities including guest coordination, scheduling and execution.
• Support marketing, branding, social media and content-related initiatives.
• Identify, coordinate and manage vendors and external partners.
• Take ownership of projects from planning to execution with minimal supervision.
• Research, identify opportunities and support current initiatives as required.




• Handle multiple priorities and ensure smooth execution of Founder-led projects.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Founder’s Office, Marketing, Events, Business Coordination, EA or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent coordination, planning and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of marketing, branding, events and content.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of maturity, professionalism and discretion.
