Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory norms
- Handle employee relations cases and investigations
- Manage disciplinary processes and documentation
- Review HR policies and vendor contracts for compliance
Requirements
- 4+ years in HR compliance, ER or IR
- Solid knowledge of Indian labour law
- Sound judgement and discretion
