The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python development, system performance optimization, CI/CD automation, cloud-native architectures, application security, job scheduling/orchestration frameworks, and emerging AI technologies. This role requires robust technical skills, hands-on development experience, and the ability to mentor engineering teams while driving architectural excellence. Key Responsibilities + Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Python applications and services. + Define engineering standards, coding guidelines, and best practices across development teams. + Drive architecture decisions and technology roadmaps. + Mentor and coach developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing sessions. + Collaborate with product, architecture, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders. + Analyze and optimize application performance, scalability,
