About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Verint Professional Services Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in Verint Enterprise Recording, Compliance, and Workforce/Customer Experience solutions. This role involves the end-to-end implementation, integration, configuration, upgrade, and troubleshooting of Verint solutions, primarily for Banking and Financial Services clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, implement, upgrade, and support Verint recording and compliance solutions.
- Configure recording, capture, storage, playback, monitoring, and integration components.
- Integrate Verint with telephony and collaboration platforms, including SIP, PBX, ACD, Microsoft Teams, and Amazon Connect.
- Troubleshoot recording failures, media capture issues, SIP/RTP problems, and storage, application, or connectivity challenges.
- Perform detailed Wireshark packet analysis and Verint application/log analysis.
- Support solution testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation, migration, and production go-live phases.
- Collaborate effectively with customer technical teams and third-party vendors.




- Conduct technical Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and coordinate with product and support teams for issue resolution.
- Lead Verint implementation workshops and facilitate customer technical discussions.

Required Skills

- 5–10 years of hands-on experience with Verint Enterprise Recording, Compliance, and Workforce/Customer Experience solutions.
- Proven experience integrating Verint.
- In-depth knowledge of SIP, RTP, VoIP, PBX, ACD, and various telephony architectures.
- Proficient Windows Server administration skills.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, and VLANs.
- Hands-on experience with Wireshark for packet analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and basic PowerShell/Shell scripting.
- Demonstrated solid implementation and customer-facing experience.

Good to Have

- Experience with NiCE/NTRX, Microsoft Teams, Amazon Connect, VMware, Citrix, AWS/Azure, Active Directory, LDAP, or SSO.
