Restatement Preparation and Upload ? Prepare restatement files (Excel, CSV) based on approved restatement requirements. ? Verify completeness, consistency, and accuracy of financial data before upload. ? Execute or support data upload activities according to defined procedures and timelines. ? Investigate and resolve upload errors, validation exceptions, and data inconsistencies. ? Ensure all uploads are completed accurately and within project deadlines. ? Document assumptions, mapping logic, and adjustment methodologies. Financial Reconciliation & Validation ? Reconcile uploaded results against source data. ? Validate that restated financial information reflects approved reporting changes. ? Perform P&L; reconciliations. ? Support variance analysis and issue resolution activities. ? Identify, document, and escalate discrepancies for resolution
