Job Title: Analyst - Data Operations

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Data Analyst to join our CEO’s office, providing crucial insights
into both the internal performance and financial data of the organization, as well as analyzing external
activities to support executive decision-making. This role offers the unique prospect to work closely with
the CEO and senior leadership, directly influencing strategic initiatives through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and interpret internal and external financial and performance
data. Produce regular reports and dashboards that provide insights into the company's overall performance
and market position.
• Financial Performance Analysis: Crunch and present data related to revenue, costs, profitability, and other
financial metrics to support decision-making and long-term business strategy.
• Benchmarking & Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and external industry
benchmarks to provide insights into where the company stands in comparison to its peers
• Predictive Modeling & Forecasting: Use historical data to predict future trends in financial performance,
market activities, and operational efficiency.
• Collaboration with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with department heads, business analysts, and other
internal teams to collect and validate data, ensuring the accuracy of key metrics used for strategic decisions.
• Ad Hoc Analysis for the CEO: Conduct ad hoc analyses and present findings directly to the CEO and other
senior executives,



helping guide critical business decisions.
• Data Visualization: Create clear, effective data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to present
complex information in a way that is easily digestible for non-technical audiences, particularly senior
leadership.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data processes and reporting
mechanisms to increase efficiency and decision-making accuracy
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, financial analysis, and performance metrics
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
• Ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively within a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of financial systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Experience working directly with senior leadership or C-suite executives.
• Knowledge of data analytics in a corporate strategy or performance management context
