Role Title: Operations Executive

Working Mode: Remote (Evening Shift 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM)

Experience: 2-4 years

Location: Work From Home (Base Location Kolkata)

Education: Any graduation and above

Role Summary:

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage the evening operations desk for our PAN India clusters.

The role will be responsible for closing the days dispatch and billing activities, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely creation of SOs/POs, regular OTD updates and preparing the next days dispatch plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management & Billing

- Prepare and release customer invoices for daily dispatches, ensuring accuracy in rates, taxes, weights, and supporting documents.
- Create and maintain Sales Orders (SO)



and Purchase Orders (PO) for PAN India operations.
- Generate e-way bills and complete required documentation for dispatches.

OTD & Dispatch Coordination

- Maintain and update On-Time Delivery (OTD) dates for all live orders based on actual dispatch and delivery status.
- Reconcile system data, trackers, registers, and actual movement of material.
- Monitor pending orders and flag gaps related to vehicles, materials, documentation, or delivery timelines.

Planning & Handover

- Prepare and publish the next-day dispatch and delivery plan.
- Ensure the plan reflects current order status, vehicle availability, material readiness, and documentation requirements.
- Prepare a clear daily handover covering pending invoices, dispatches, orders, and other open items for the morning team.

Key Deliverables

- Timely and accurate invoicing
- 100% OTD updates for live orders
- Timely SO/PO creation and vendor communication
- Accurate reconciliation between system records and physical movement
- Next-day dispatch plan published within the defined timeline
- Complete and timely shift handover
- Minimal billing, documentation, and order-processing errors
