Key Responsibilities
In-Process Quality Inspections: Conduct regular, scheduled quality checks during production according to control plans, drawings, operation sheets, and specification standards.

Workstation Information Management: Display and update necessary operational documentation (control plans, work instructions, and technical drawings) near active shop-floor workstations.

Non-Conformance & Stop-Line Authority: Identify and isolate non-conforming materials promptly, exercising the authority to halt machine operations when defects are detected.

Product Traceability: Enforce proper product identification and batch tagging across all stages of production to preserve complete material traceability.

Rework Decision & Re-Inspection: Act as the final authority on designating parts for rework, subsequently supervising the rework process and re-evaluating completed components.

Gauge & Instrument Verification: Inspect and confirm the working condition, accuracy, and operational readiness of gauges and instruments deployed in production areas.

Documentation & Quality Records: Maintain accurate, up-to-date quality logs, inspection records, and departmental compliance documentation.

Corrective Actions & KPI Attainment:



Support process and system non-conformance (NC) resolutions through root-cause analysis and corrective actions to meet key quality KPIs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & CSR Compliance: Partner with shop-floor teams for smooth operations while fulfilling Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR) and adapting to evolving duties.

Salary: 15000 to 25000

Education: BE Mechanical/Diploma in Mechanical

Location: Dared, Jamnagar.

Job Time: 09:00 to 20:00

Week Off: Friday
