Position : FACTORY MANAGER

Qualification: Degree in Science / Food Science
Experience: Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in factory / production management. Solid experience in Seafood / Food Processing preferred.

Salary : upto 12lacs per annum
Location: Aroor, Kerala

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage overall factory operations and production activities.
* Take ownership of production planning, execution, productivity, and operational efficiency.
* Manage production, processing, maintenance, quality, and support teams.
* Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, utilities, and capacity.
* Ensure achievement of production targets and timely delivery requirements.
* Maintain high standards of quality, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety.
* Identify and reduce production bottlenecks, wastage, downtime, and operational costs.
* Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
* Coordinate effectively with procurement, quality, maintenance, logistics, and management.
