Position Summary

Engineer – PLC Programming & Factory Automation : Responsible for the development, configuration, commissioning, and optimization of PLC-based control systems for automated equipment and production lines. The role involves end-to-end integration of PLCs, HMIs, and factory automation components, ensuring system reliability, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust automation solutions aligned with business and manufacturing objectives.

Education Qualification - B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics or any similar field

Experience - 1~2 years of experience in machine building or machine maintenance division. Candidate should have good knowledge of Omron NX Series & Allen Bradly 5000 series PLC

Job Responsibilities 1

Control Systems Development & Commissioning

- Develop, modify, and maintain PLC programs in accordance with defined functional and safety requirements

- Design, configure, and implement HMI applications for system operation, monitoring, alarm handling, and diagnostics

- Execute system testing, on-site adjustments, debugging, and commissioning activities

- Ensure stable communication and data exchange between PLCs, HMIs,



and field devices using standard industrial networks

- Identify and resolve control system issues during start-up and mass production phases

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including control logic and operating procedures

Job Responsibilities 2

Factory Automation Integration & Technical Support

- Integrate and interface factory automation equipment such as sensors, actuators, RFID systems, servo drives, robots, and vision systems

- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, manufacturing teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth system integration and implementation

- Provide technical support for automation systems, including root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment issues

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation performance, reliability, and productivity

- Ensure compliance with internal engineering standards, customer specifications, and applicable safety and quality regulations

Experience

1~2 years of factory experience in the field of machine making or maintenance. Should have valuable experience in handling PLC program (Omron NX Series & Alleb Bradly 5000 Series) and other FA equipment such as Robots, Servo, Actuators, etc., debugging or commisioning of machines.
