365 Business Central in our Digital Solutions ERP team. This diverse team of technology-savvy problem

optimize operations, improve financial performance, and create lasting value

Responsibilities

· Lead and deliver Microsoft
Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and optimization engagements for
clients across a variety of industries.

· Serve as a trusted advisor,
helping clients improve business processes, operational efficiency, reporting
capabilities, and financial performance through technology.

· Lead discovery sessions,
workshops, and requirements gathering activities to understand client business
objectives and challenges.

· Design and oversee Business
Central solutions that align with client requirements and industry best
practices.

· Configure and support Business
Central applications and related Microsoft technologies.

· Lead solution design activities
across key business functions, including:

o Financial Management

o General Ledger and Financial
Reporting

o Accounts Payable and Accounts
Receivable

o Inventory Management

o Purchasing and Procurement

o Sales Order Management

o Project Accounting and Job
Costing

o Manufacturing and Production

o Warehouse Management

· Design and document business
processes, workflows, controls,



and reporting requirements.

· Support and oversee data
migration activities, including data assessment, cleansing, validation, and
conversion.

· Collaborate with technical
consultants and developers to deliver integrated solutions leveraging Business
Central, Power BI, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and third-party applications.

· Lead testing, user acceptance
testing, training, change management, and go-live activities.

· Deliver consulting services
related to business transformation, process optimization, operational
improvement, and organizational effectiveness.

· Manage project plans, timelines,
budgets, resources, risks, and client expectations to ensure successful project
delivery.

· Build strong client relationships
and identify opportunities to provide additional value and services.

· Gather, analyze, and interpret
information through stakeholder interviews, workshops, surveys, and business
process reviews.

· Prepare and present
recommendations, solution designs, business cases, project updates, and
executive presentations.

· Quickly develop an understanding
of client operations, strategic objectives, and key business challenges.

· Coordinate project teams and
resources to ensure delivery excellence and achievement of project objectives.

· Review team deliverables for
quality, completeness, and accuracy while providing coaching and guidance to
consultants and senior consultants.

· Monitor project progress and
proactively manage issues, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

· Manage engagement financials,
including utilization, budgets, forecasting, work-in-progress, billing,
collections, and profitability.

· Support business development
activities through proposal development, solution design, client presentations,
demonstrations, and sales pursuits.

· Contribute to the growth of MNP's
Microsoft Business Applications practice through thought leadership, service
development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Build relationships within the
Microsoft ecosystem and broader business community.

Requirements

Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce,
Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 6+ years of consulting, ERP implementation,
enterprise application, or business transformation experience.

- 2+ years of project leadership, team
leadership, or client engagement management experience.

- Experience implementing and supporting
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV, or similar ERP
platforms.

- Experience leading full-cycle ERP
implementation, upgrade, migration, and optimization projects.





- Experience within Manufacturing, Distribution,
Wholesale, Construction, Professional Services, or Not-for-Profit
industries is considered a strong asset.

- Client-facing consulting experience with a
demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and deliver successful
business outcomes.

- Experience facilitating workshops, business
process assessments, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions.

- CPA designation or practical accounting and
financial systems experience is considered an asset.

- Experience managing project budgets,
resources, and engagement financials.

- Proposal development and business development
experience is considered an asset.

- Experience working within a Microsoft Partner
or consulting setting is considered an asset.

Technical
and Professional Skills

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365
Business Central and ERP implementation methodologies.

- Strong accounting, financial reporting, and
operational process knowledge.

- Solid understanding of business functions
including finance, supply chain, inventory, procurement, project
accounting, and manufacturing operations.

- Experience with Business Central
configuration, implementation, optimization, and user adoption.

- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform,
Power BI, Microsoft 365, and related Microsoft technologies is considered
