About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and education.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with potential students/learners through calls and other communication channels.

Understand their educational and career requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.

-

Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into enrollments.

-

Explain course details, perks, fees, and career opportunities to prospective students.

-

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update lead information in the CRM.

-

Achieve individual and team-based sales targets.

-

Build and maintain good relationships with prospective students.

-

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Requirements

-





0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Telecalling, EdTech Sales, or a related field.

Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales are welcome.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

-

Comfortable working with sales targets and follow-ups.

-

Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.

Willingness to work from the Electronic City, Bengaluru office.
