- Deliver
classroom and online training sessions in Banking, Financial Services, and
Insurance (BFSI) domain.

- Prepare
session plans, training materials, assessments, and practical activities
as per curriculum guidelines.

- Train
students on banking operations, insurance products, financial services,
customer handling, sales, and digital banking concepts.

- Conduct
interactive learning sessions including role plays, case studies, mock
interviews, and presentations.

- Ensure
student attendance, participation, discipline, and learning outcomes.

- Conduct
pre-assessments and post-assessments to track student progress.

- Provide
career guidance, interview preparation, and placement readiness support to
students.

- Maintain
attendance records, MIS reports, assessments, feedback forms, and training
documentation.

- Coordinate
with placement and mobilization teams for student enrollment and job
opportunities.





- Support
field activities, community outreach, mobilization drives, counseling
sessions, and awareness campaigns for student enrollment.

- Support
center activities and parent counseling whenever required.

Requirements

- Robust
knowledge of Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector.

- Good
understanding of banking products, insurance, KYC, customer service, and
sales processes.

- Excellent
communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi.

- Good
command of MS Office and digital learning tools.

- Strong
classroom management and student engagement abilities.

- Ability
to motivate and mentor youth for employment opportunities.

- Knowledge
of BFSI certifications like NISM/NCFM will be an added advantage.
