Experience: 8–10 Years
We are looking for a Lead Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Azure, ADF, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL Server, along with proven team leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead design and development of scalable enterprise data pipelines using Azure, ADF, and Microsoft Fabric.
* Build reusable, metadata-driven data pipeline / ETL frameworks .
* Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, data models, and ETL/ELT processes .
* Implement data integration, transformation, validation, error handling, monitoring, and performance optimization.
* Lead and mentor a team of data engineers; conduct technical/design/code reviews .
* Work closely with architects, business teams, and clients to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
* Drive engineering best practices, automation,
CI/CD, documentation, and delivery quality.
* Troubleshoot complex data engineering and pipeline issues.

* Azure DP-203 certification
* Azure DevOps / Git / CI-CD
* Databricks and Power BI experience
* Enterprise DWH/Lakehouse modernization experience
