We are looking for a Product Engineer for our Wet Clean Optimization service team. This service entails creating capital equipment maintenance processes and video procedures, designing mechanical fixtures to facilitate maintenance tasks, user acceptance testing of apps and working with app designers to make improvements. You will be part of a team that is rapidly growing and has a high-profile presence within the organization. You will be able to contribute and make a difference in how this service is created, designed and delivered to our valued customers. You'll be responsible for producing, implementing and maintaining solutions as well as participating in troubleshooting and issue resolution working with field support teams. As an engineer, you will be in one of the fastest-growing businesses at Lam Research. Our products are scaling rapidly, and this is the team with the most to gain. This may be the only role in the company where the engineer will gain detailed knowledge on nearly all etch and dep chamber hardware that Lam manufactures. The ideal candidate will stay in the group for the long term and grow within the role.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage timeline and project logistics for current WCO service products
- Perform technical scoping for new maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with CFT engineers to clarify maintenance procedures when only sparse documentation is
- available
- Develop multimedia (Animations, pictures, pdf, word) maintenance procedures for WCO service
- products and applications
- Present project updates and results to management in formal and informal presentations
- Train/supervise new engineers
Required Qualifications:
BS or B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering 3 years of experience in Electronics /Semiconductor industry
Diploma in Mechanical discipline with 5+ years of Semiconductor industry experience
