Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, inventory control, and related operational processes. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, identifying discrepancies, improving inventory processes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient stock movement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses, stores, and other stock locations.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability as per business requirements.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management systems, processes, and controls.
- Regularly reconcile physical stock with system inventory and identify discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances, stock mismatches, damages, shortages, and excess inventory.
- Implement and maintain inventory control policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor stock inward, outward, transfers, returns, damages, and adjustments to ensure proper system updates.
- Prepare and maintain regular inventory reports, stock ageing reports, reconciliation reports, and variance reports.
- Monitor stockroom/warehouse operations to ensure proper storage, handling, identification, and movement of inventory.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Merchandising, Sales, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless inventory operations.
- Track slow-moving, non-moving, excess,



and ageing inventory and highlight concerns to the relevant stakeholders.
- Support periodic and cycle stock counts and ensure discrepancies are investigated and closed.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, reduce stock losses, and optimize inventory holding.
- Monitor inventory-related KPIs and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with defined inventory processes and maintain proper documentation.
- Support audits and provide required inventory data, records, and reconciliations.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, or Stock Control.
- Experience in inventory handling within D2C, E-commerce, Retail, Fashion, Apparel, FMCG, or a similar industry will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse processes.
- Good command of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and manage inventory-related issues independently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
