Role: HR Intern

About the Role

Sparity is looking for enthusiastic HR Interns who are interested in building a career in Human Resources. The internship provides practical exposure to HR Operations, Recruitment Support, Employee Onboarding, HR Documentation, HR MIS, and Employee Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Assist with candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain employee and candidate records, trackers and HR databases.




- Assist with attendance, leave tracking and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Prepare basic HR MIS reports, trackers and presentations.

Requirements

- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Fresh graduates or candidates pursuing MBA/PGDM can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good coordination, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work from office.
