Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Responding to and resolving user ticket. Experience in managing SLA.
- Hands-on experience with SAP on Oracle . Perform oracle administration task.
- Hands-on experience with SAP on Linux with HA concepts
- Perform SAP software installation, upgrades, applying support packages, system copies/refreshes and installation add-on software components
- Maintain the multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP workplace (development, test, training and production)
- Monitor SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.). SAP Performance management.
- Manager interfaces and 3rd connectivity to SAP
- Configure and manage SAP printers
- Hands-on experience in Managing JAVA stack.
- Solution manager configuration & Maintenance
