Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow ITSM Identity & Access Management (IAM) Integration Engineer with strong JavaScript development expertise to design and deliver IAM integrations on the ServiceNow platform. This role is deeply handson, with a focus on ServiceNow scripting, platform extensibility, and enterprise integrations, particularly with Microsoft Entra and SailPoint.

This is not a configurationonly role. The ideal candidate is a seniorlevel ServiceNow developer who is comfortable writing and maintaining JavaScriptbased solutions, designing robust integration logic, and participating in customerfacing discussions to support successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Platform & JavaScript Development

- Design and implement custom ServiceNow functionality using JavaScript, including:
- Script Includes
- Business Rules
- Scripted REST APIs
- Scheduled Jobs and background scripts

- Write clean, maintainable, and performant JavaScript aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
- Extend and customize ServiceNow ITSM to support IAM workflows and integration requirements.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and refactor existing scripts to improve reliability, performance, and upgradeability.

IAM & Integration Development

- Build and support IAM integrations between ServiceNow and Microsoft Entra.
- Build and support IAM integrations between ServiceNow and SailPoint.
- Develop integrations using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and MID Servers.
- Handle data mapping, transformations, authentication methods, and error handling across systems.
- Apply general integration experience to support additional enterprise systems beyond Entra and SailPoint.

Customer Interaction & Delivery Support

- Participate in customerfacing meetings to gather technical requirements and clarify integration behaviors.
- Communicate technical designs, JavaScript logic, and integration workflows clearly and effectively.




- Support solution validation, testing, and issue resolution with customers and internal teams.
- Document solutions, integrations, and scripts for operational and support purposes.

Required Qualifications

ServiceNow & JavaScript Skills

- Extensive handson experience developing on the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
- Strong JavaScript development skills, particularly within ServiceNows scripting framework.
- Proven ability to create productionquality ServiceNow scripts beyond simple configuration.
- Experience developing and consuming Scripted REST APIs in ServiceNow.

IAM & Integration Experience

- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts such as access provisioning, deprovisioning, and identity lifecycle events.
- Demonstrated experience integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft Entra.
- Demonstrated experience integrating ServiceNow with SailPoint.
- Solid experience with enterprise integrations using REST APIs and secure authentication patterns.

SeniorLevel Engineering Experience

- Demonstrated ability to independently design and implement complex integrations.
- Experience debugging and resolving issues across ServiceNow and external systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in technical and customerfacing contexts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, MID Server configuration, and Flow Designer.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Employee Lifecycle Events or IAMrelated workflows.
- Experience working in enterprise or securitysensitive environments.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CISITSM, or IntegrationHub microcertifications.
