Role & responsibilities

- Operate and manage the EV Charging Station on a daily basis.
- Attend to and resolve basic EV charger/charging-related operational issues and coordinate with the technical team whenever required.
- Ensure the charging station remains clean, functional, protected, and operational.
- Independently operate and manage the Caf at the charging station premises.
- Handle caf sales, customer service, billing, and cash/UPI collections.
- Maintain daily records of sales, collections, expenses, stock, and other operational activities.
- Monitor caf inventory and ensure timely replenishment of required items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the caf and surrounding premises.
- Ensure proper handling and accounting of all cash and digital collections.
- Submit daily sales and collection reports to the designated reporting authority.
- Ensure smooth coordination with customers, drivers, vendors, and the company team.
- Take full responsibility for the station and caf during assigned working hours.
- Immediately report any technical, operational,



financial, or customer-related issue to the concerned authority.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass; higher qualification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computers, smartphones, UPI and digital payments.
- Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn EV charging operations.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Honest, responsible, and capable of handling cash and daily collections.
- Ability to independently manage a small business operation.
- Experience in caf, retail, petrol pump, EV charging, FMCG, hospitality, or similar operations will be an advantage.
- Candidate should be willing to work at the assigned location and manage the station independently.
- Two-wheeler and local-area knowledge will be preferred.

Perks and benefits

10,000 15,000 per month, depending on experience, location, and suitability.
