Job Description

We are hiring International Voice Process Executives to handle customer interactions with international clients. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and delivering a professional customer experience over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain skilled and courteous communication throughout the interaction.
- Resolve customer queries within defined turnaround times.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Meet individual and team targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Candidate Requirements





- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with international customers.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Only Experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with international BPO/customer-support experience will be an advantage.
