Role & responsibilities

Project Coordination

- Serve as the primary coordination point between the company, the medical implementation partner, and any NGO or trust running the dialysis centre.
- Monitor day-to-day operations of the dialysis centre patient footfall, machine utilization, staffing, and service quality.
- Coordinate procurement and maintenance of dialysis machines, consumables, and equipment through the medical partner.
- Track project timelines against the agreed implementation plan (setup, staffing, patient onboarding, ongoing operations).
- Take up any additional CSR activity, assigned as and when decided.

Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure the project complies with CSR provisions under the Companies Act, 2013 (Section 135), including eligible activities under Schedule VII (health).
- Maintain MoUs, project agreements, utilization certificates, and expenditure records with the implementation partner.
- Support timely fund disbursement tracking and ensure funds are utilized as per sanctioned budget.
- Coordinate with auditors/statutory bodies for CSR audits and mandatory disclosures (CSR-1, CSR-2 filings, Annual Report on CSR).
- Ensure adherence to relevant healthcare regulations (biomedical waste management, PNDT/clinical establishment norms as applicable, patient safety protocols).

Monitoring & Impact

- Conduct regular site visits to the dialysis centre to assess service quality, patient satisfaction, and operational issues.




- Collect and consolidate beneficiary data number of patients treated, sessions conducted, demographics, outcomes.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly progress reports and dashboards for CSR Committee.
- Support impact assessment studies (patient testimonials, health outcome tracking, cost-per-patient analysis).
- Flag operational gaps (machine downtime, staff shortages, patient drop-off) and escalate for resolution.

Stakeholder & Community Engagement

- Liaison with local health authorities, community leaders, and referral hospitals to ensure patient awareness and access.
- Support outreach and awareness camps to identify and refer eligible patients (especially underserved/BPL populations).
- Manage communication materials success stories, photographs, case studies for CSR reporting and internal communication.

Preferred candidate profile

- Master's in Social Work/Public Health/Hospital .
- Administration preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in CSR project coordination,
- NGO program management, or healthcare project management (experience with dialysis/nephrology or hospital projects is a solid plus).
- Working knowledge of CSR compliance requirements under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Basic understanding of hospital/clinical operations or willingness to learn dialysis-centre-specific workflows.
- Strong coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel regularly to the project site.
