Job Description - Design Technician [CW] External job description Work location- Bangalore Location: Onsite at customer office- near Yelahanka Year of experience: 2-3 We are seeking a proficient CAD/Revit operator to complement their customers Operations Design team. This individual will be responsible for working with multiple partners in order to develop consistent and executable plans. This work will be in both 2D and 3D, many of the design processes will be pioneering so design artifacts will require a high level of detail. A successful candidate will be able to execute/update drawings and models, perform data extraction activities, and co-ordinate small scale projects across different stakeholders and inputs to create designs which will satisfy the need to standardize workspaces and designs across a large network of operations. Responsibilities: • Provide end-to-end co-ordinate design delivery for warehouse drawings from complex machinery to floor markings • Develop supplementary detail to be shared with stakeholders during design for collaboration • Collaborate to resolve design flaws and inconsistencies in the overall design to ensure that all sites are consistently executed • Promoting and working with the standard module layout library and participating in continuous improvement and change management activities as a design authority Day in life: • Review with Design Managers the batch of projects assigned.
Follow provided guidelines and checklists to complete the tasks. • Communicate delays/risks to respective lead. Intense use of design software: CAD, RVT • Ask questions/inquiries to the team. Participates actively on team meetings and stakeholders design reviews according to design process. • Follow up with the stakeholders on the design approvals • *Ensure product is up to standards. Basic qualifications • Experience in 2D/3D design and collaboration for the built environment • Experience in REVIT and AutoCAD • Ability to organize and track own workload in line with program milestones • English proficiency Preferred qualifications • Workspace design and layout experience • Experience designing in a warehousing/logistics environment • Ability to communicate to various audiences • Architectural, Engineering or related bachelors degree • Familiar with BIM360 and Navisworks. • Ability to organize and track own workload in line with program milestones Authorized signatory RREYA Technologies

2. Revit Architect with 2+ years of experience in architectural BIM modeling, Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, and preparation of detailed architectural drawings.
Experience in 3D modeling, architectural detailing, construction documentation, and BIM coordination, with solid knowledge of project standards and design requirements.
