Position: Customer Support Experts (Voice process)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Shift) with 10 hours working
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
Experience: Minimum 6 Months of Customer Service Experience in Travel domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Voice-based support for travel customers with timely and accurate resolutions.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team leads, SMEs, and support staff to meet performance goals.
- Maintain data confidentiality and compliance in all interactions.
