Design, develop, and implement Generative AI, AI/ML, and LLM-based solutions using Python, Azure, Azure OpenAI, and related technologies to address enterprise business requirements.

- Develop agentic AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph for query understanding, routing, retrieval, reasoning, tool invocation, and multi-step task execution.
- Build and integrate Microsoft Copilot solutions that enable users to access organizational knowledge and business capabilities through natural-language interfaces.
- Develop and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based tools and services to enable AI agents to securely discover and invoke enterprise tools, APIs, and data sources.
- Integrate AI capabilities with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps, to support business workflows, automation, and productivity solutions.
- Integrate structured and unstructured enterprise data, including SQL databases, documents, enterprise knowledge repositories, and APIs, into GenAI applications.
- Apply prompt-engineering and prompt-optimization techniques to improve response quality,



grounding, consistency, accuracy, and reliability.
- Build Streamlit-based interfaces and prototypes to demonstrate, test, and validate AI and GenAI solutions with business stakeholders.
- Containerize AI applications using Docker and support CI/CD pipelines and Azure-based deployments to productionize GenAI solutions.
- Apply LLMOps practices, including monitoring, prompt and version management, observability, scalability, governance, and continuous improvement of AI applications.
- Ensure that AI solutions follow enterprise security, privacy, compliance, responsible-AI, and data-governance standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, data engineers, software engineers, and cloud teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and production-ready AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
