Role Overview

We are looking for an After-Sales Service Engineer responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of industrial equipment at customer sites. The role requires robust hands-on skills in hardware, software and industrial communication systems, along with excellent customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, calibrate and maintain loss-in-weight feeders, batching systems and process-control equipment.
- Attend customer breakdowns, diagnose faults and carry out on-site repairs.
- Troubleshoot hardware,sensors, circuit boards, drive modules and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot communication protocols such as Modbus, RS485, Ethernet and Profibus.
- Handle software configuration,parameter setting and programme upgrades.




- Conduct preventive maintenance and provide technical support to customers.
- Manage spare parts and technical tools used for field service.
- Provide customer training on equipment operation, maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain service report, installation records and customer acceptance documents.
- Coordinate with the China technical team for complex technical issues.
- Identify customer requirements for spare parts and support spare-parts sales.

Mandatory Requirements

- Current/recent experience as an After-Sales / Field Service Engineer with regular customer-site visits.
- Experience servicing complete machines, production lines, process-control or industrial equipment.
- Strong hands-on experience in hardware/electrical/electronic troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
- Good understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, RS485, Ethernet or Profibus.
- Must be based close to Vapi or Surat, Gujarat.
- Fluent English + Hindi or local language.
- Willingness to travel 1520 days per month and attend emergency breakdown calls.
- Valid driving licence; own two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred.
