Shift Details:
• US-Based Night Shifts
• 5 Days Working
• 2 Rotational Week Offs
• Two-Way Cab Facility

Eligibility Criteria:
• Freshers & Experienced Candidates Can Apply
• Excellent English Communication Skills (C1 Quality Communication Required)
• Robust Customer Service & Customer Handling Skills
• Comfortable Working in US Night Shifts
• Immediate Joiners Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries through voice support
• Resolve customer concerns effectively
• Deliver an excellent customer experience




• Maintain quality and productivity standards

2 SVAR Assessment / Versant Round
