Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer to design, build and deploy scalable Pega applications for enterprise clients. You will work closely with Lead System Architects, business analysts and client stakeholders across the full delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Pega applications using Pega Platform (Infinity 23+) and best-practice guardrails
- Build case types, flows, flow actions, data pages, activities, decision rules and UI (Constellation / Cosmos)
- Configure integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, Connect-SQL, JMS/MQ and file listeners
- Implement security models (access groups, roles, ABAC/RBAC) and authentication (OAuth, SAML, SSO)
- Take part in requirement analysis, Pega Blueprint sessions and technical design discussions
- Carry out performance tuning using PAL, DB Trace, Tracer and PDC; resolve production issues
- Write unit tests (PegaUnit) and support SIT, UAT and deployments
- Manage rulesets, branches and deployments via Deployment Manager / CI-CD pipelines




- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Work in Agile / Scrum teams using Jira or Azure DevOps

Required Skills & Experience

- 58 years in IT, with at least 4 years of hands-on Pega development
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) — mandatory
- Strong knowledge of case management, data modelling, class structure and enterprise class hierarchy
- Hands-on experience with integration rules and data pages
- Experience with Constellation UI and/or Cosmos React
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL / Oracle / MS SQL)
- Experience with agents, job schedulers, queue processors and background processing
- Good communication skills and client-facing experience

Good to Have

- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) — Part 1 or full
- Experience with Pega CLM/KYC, Customer Service or Smart Dispute
- Pega Cloud or containerised deployments (Docker / Kubernetes)
- Domain knowledge in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare or Telecom
- Exposure to Pega GenAI / Blueprint

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
