Key Responsibilities

- Configure, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise firewalls and network security devices.
- Manage firewall policies, security rules, NAT policies, VPNs, and access controls.
- Perform firewall rule creation, modification, cleanup, and periodic rule reviews.
- Troubleshoot network and security-related incidents involving connectivity, routing, VPN, DNS, and firewall policies.
- Support Site-to-Site and Remote Access VPN configurations and troubleshooting.
- Analyze network traffic and security logs to identify suspicious activity and determine root cause.
- Work on security incidents, service requests, change requests, and problem management activities.
- Perform firmware/software upgrades and security patching of network security appliances.




- Coordinate with Network, SOC, Infrastructure, Cloud, Application, and Cybersecurity teams for issue resolution.
- Participate in planned network/security changes and maintenance activities.
- Perform RCA for recurring or critical network security incidents.
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration details, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and established change-management processes.
- Participate in rotational/on-call support where required.
