Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented female candidates who are interested in sales and field-based roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and driving life insurance business directly from the market, with a focus on ULIP and other life insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Source new customers and generate business through direct market activities.
- Promote and sell Life Insurance products, primarily ULIP plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify potential customers through networking, referrals, and field activities.
- Plan and execute strategies for procuring new policies and expanding the customer base.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply).




- Female candidates preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and fieldwork.
- Willingness to travel locally for business development activities.
- Basic knowledge of insurance and financial products will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Life Insurance Sales.
- Experience in General Insurance, Health Insurance, or Financial Services sales.
- Exposure to customer acquisition and business development.
- Exposure to team handling or people management will be preferred.
