- Understanding of the end to end registration process.
- Sending Stamp duty related intimations and reminders to customers
- Sending customer stamp duty payment related details to consultant for challan generation
- Having knowledge of GRAS challan generation so as to guide customers for challan preparation
- Sending registration related confirmation emails to customers
- Preparation and verifying of customer Agreements for Sale
- Going to registration office for customer registrations
- Handing over customer agreement to customer after registration.
- Preparation of work orders and purchase orders Responsibilities To process the registrations for all phases of the project including:
- Processing stamp duty challans for customers
- Sending registration intimations
- Reminders and registration confirmation emails to customers.
- Prepare agreement for Sale for individual customers and get these agreements registered at the registration office.
