- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize agreements, contracts, MOUs, NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, employment-related documents, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice and support to various departments on day-to-day business and operational matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Monitor changes in applicable legislation and advise management on their potential impact on the business.
- Maintain and manage legal records, agreements, notices, licenses, registrations, and other significant legal documents.
- Coordinate with external advocates, solicitors, consultants, and legal firms on litigation and other legal matters.
- Assist in handling legal notices, claims, disputes, arbitration, consumer matters, and court-related proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions,



notes, and reports as required.
- Identify potential legal and contractual risks and recommend appropriate risk-mitigation measures.
- Assist in due diligence, corporate transactions, property-related matters, and other special projects.
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain information and documentation required for legal matters.
- Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of statutory licenses, registrations, permits, and contracts, wherever applicable.
- Maintain a database/tracker of ongoing litigation, contracts, notices, and other legal matters.
- Assist in corporate governance and secretarial matters, where required.
