Treewalker Technologies India Private Limited is a bootstrapped, hybrid B2B technology company based in Electronics City Phase II, Bengaluru, with over 16 years of experience across software and industrial hardware. We build and deploy WMS, RFID systems, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), barcode/RFID hardware, and computer vision solutions including under our AIRSON Robotics brand — for enterprise clients.

Role Overview

Position: WordPress Developer & Content Specialist

Experience: 2–4 years

Location: Electronics City Phase II, Bengaluru (on-site)

Type: Full-time

We're looking for someone to own our internal website end-to-end — building and enhancing pages on WordPress, keeping content fresh and on-brand, and bringing a good eye for design to everything they touch. This is a hands-on, all-round role: part developer, part designer, part writer.

Key Responsibilities

Website development & maintenance

- Build, update, and maintain pages on our internal WordPress site(s)
- Customize themes, plugins, and page builders (Elementor/Divi or similar) to match design needs
- Fix bugs, broken links, load-speed issues, and general site upkeep
- Ensure the site is responsive, secure, and up to date (core, plugin, and theme updates)

Design

- Design new page layouts and visual elements that fit our brand
- Work with basic design tools (Figma/Canva/Photoshop) to mock up and implement pages
- Optimize images and visual assets for web

Content management & generation

- Plan,



write, and publish website copy, blog posts, and product/solution pages
- Organize and maintain the content calendar and site structure
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, tone, and correctness
- Apply basic on-page SEO best practices

Collaboration

- Work directly with the founder and team to understand what each page or campaign needs
- Suggest improvements to the site rather than just executing requests

What You'll Need

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with WordPress (development, customization, and content publishing)
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (basic PHP is a plus, not mandatory)
- Comfortable with a page builder such as Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg blocks
- A good eye for visual design — layout, typography, color, spacing
- Robust written English — this role involves writing and editing web content regularly
- Ability to write clear, engaging copy for a business audience
- Basic understanding of on-page SEO

The Person We're Looking For

- Genuinely curious and keen to pick up new tools, plugins, and workflows — this isn't a role where you do the same thing every day
- Comfortable taking on tasks outside a narrow job description and figuring things out
- Detail-oriented, especially with content quality and visual polish
- Works well independently in a small, fast-moving team, where you'll often own a page or project start to finish
