Job Title: - Manager - SCM (Procurement & Supply Chain)

Key Responsibilities:

• Centralized Procurement & Strategic Sourcing

• Service Contract Management

• Warehousing, Inventory Management & Logistics

• SAP B1 Implementation & Systems Integration

• Change / Transition Management

• Process Improvement & SOP Optimization

• Vendor Ledger Reconciliation & Financial Alignment

• Internal & External Audit Management

• Master Data Management & Reporting

Qualifications & Experience:

• Post Graduate degree (MBA in Supply Chain Management / Operations) preferred.

• High proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and presentations).

• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) implementation, procurement, and inventory modules is required.

• Minimum 6-7 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management. Proven track record of participating in ERP implementations or major process transformation projects.

• Proven leadership, stake holding, cross-departmental coordination, vendor negotiation, and change management capability.
