- Strong knowledge of bid evaluation, bidding processes, and tender documentation procedures.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil or equivalent qualification.

- 3-7 years of experience in tendering or related field (civil construction, civil engineering).
- Identify and track recent tender Opportunities.
- Prepare and submit tender documents on time.
- Prepare BOQ,Estimates and rate analysis.
- Review Tender Terms,conditions and specifications.
- Coordinate with technical,accounts and site teams.Maintain tender Records and follow up on tender status..
- Handle online tender portals and documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely tender Submissions.
- Experience in Construction/Road projects preferred.




- Search and identify suitable governmentand private tenders.
- Check tender eligibility,documents,BOQ,and specifications.
- Prepare Estimattes,quotations,and rate analysis.
- Prepare and Submit tender documents within deadlines.
- Handle online tender portals and e- tender submissions.
- Coordinate with management,technical,accounts and site teams.
- Prepare EMD,tender,forms and other required documents.Track tender status and maintain proper records.
- Followup for tender results and clarifications.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with Tender Requirements.
