API Integration Specialist:

We are seeking an API Integration Specialist to design, develop, implement, and support integrations between our B2B SaaS platform and third-party systems. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable integrations.

Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain integrations for B2B SaaS products and customer ecosystems.
- Build and maintain REST, SOAP, and webhook-based integrations.
- Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, JWT, API Keys, SAML, and SSO.
- Configure data mappings, transformations, validations, and synchronization workflows.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between our B2B SaaS platform and external business systems, including CRM, ERP, payment, communication, identity, and productivity platforms.
- Troubleshoot integration, authentication, and data-related issues.
- Create technical documentation, API specifications, and implementation guides.
- Support customer onboarding, implementation, and integration projects.
- Excellent communication skills, strong client-facing confidence, and proven experience in managing client interactions
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in large-scale real-time data synchronization across multiple applications and third-party systems.

Required Skills:

- 36 years of experience in API integrations within B2B SaaS products.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP, and web technologies.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, HTTP,



the CodeIgniter framework, and related web technologies.
- Experience with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and API testing tools.
- Positive understanding of SQL databases and data modeling.
- Strong experience with AWS services, including AWS RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, and IAM.
- Working knowledge of Azure services and integrations.
- Experience with MySQL, AWS RDS, SQL Server, and Azure SQL.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL, Amazon RDS, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Knowledge of Azure SQL, Azure services, and cloud-based integrations will be an added advantage.
- Experience with Git and GitLab-based source control and development workflows.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience building and supporting integrations across multiple B2B SaaS platforms and enterprise applications.
- AWS serverless and event-driven architectures.
- Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
- Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and integration observability practices.
